What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits in patients’ homes
Support preventive care and help patients stay well—not just treat them when they’re sick
Build lasting relationships with patients through unhurried, meaningful visits

What You’ll Need

1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred)
6+ months in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or other primary care settings
Experience performing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits
Comfort working in patients’ homes (home health or in-home care experience is a big plus)
