What You’ll Do:
- Direct and supervise all hospice clinical services.
- Coach and manage clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care for patients and families.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with state, federal, and CHAP standards.
- Manage operational goals, budgets, and staffing needs.
- Lead education and training programs for new and existing team members.
- Act as Executive Director when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active state licensure.
- 5+ years of management experience in healthcare; hospice experience is a must.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including CHAP standards.
- Ability to assess situations and make critical decisions effectively.
