What You Bring to the Table
- A Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required).
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensure and a proven track record of leadership at the Director or VP level.
- Deep expertise in risk adjustment, HEDIS, STAR measures, and value-based care models.
- Experience scaling clinical operations and leading teams in Medicare/Medicaid-focused programs.
- A passion for leveraging innovation and technology to improve patient outcomes.
