What You’ll Do:

Own the Napa territory. Generate referrals from hospitals, clinics, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and assisted living facilities (ALFs).

Educate providers on hospice care. Build lasting trust. Move quickly.

Keep a pulse on your pipeline. Hit your goals. Adapt in real-time.

Partner closely with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Be the go-to person representing our agency in the field.
What You Bring:

Proven sales experience with a quota you consistently hit.

Familiarity with healthcare settings—any exposure to clinical or facility-based environments is a plus.

A go-getter attitude. You take initiative without waiting for direction.

Excellent follow-up, communication, and relationship-building skills.

A valid driver’s license and reliable car.
Nice to Have (But Not Required):

Experience in hospice or home health sales.

Existing relationships with providers or facilities in Napa County or surrounding areas.
