What You’ll Do:

Build referral relationships across hospitals, clinics, SNFs, and assisted living.

Own your territory. Know your numbers. Bring in results.

Educate partners on hospice services—clearly, directly, with compassion.

Work with intake and clinical teams to ensure a smooth handoff and quick onboarding.

Track activity. Report wins. Adjust fast.
What You Bring:

Strong hospice or home health marketing experience (2+ years preferred).

Local network in San Jose or South Bay healthcare scene.

Self-starter mindset—no hand-holding.
