Recruiter (Remote – Philippines)

Full-Time | $1000 - $1200/month | Work U.S. Hours

We're looking for a driven recruiter to help us place top-tier healthcare and administrative talent across the U.S. You'll also work on roles in finance, tech, and other sectors. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, stay organized under pressure, and care deeply about finding the right people, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Fill multiple roles each month by staying focused and proactive.

• Spend most of your day sourcing, calling, and screening candidates.

• Share strong, qualified candidates with clients—ideally within one week of a role opening.

• Manage the full recruiting cycle from outreach to interview coordination.

• Ensure all submitted candidates are interview-ready.

• Work during U.S. business hours, with occasional weekend availability.

• Keep records and reports accurate and up to date.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English skills – clear, confident spoken and written communication.

• Phone confidence – you're comfortable making high-volume outreach calls.

• Performance-driven – you’ve consistently hit or exceeded recruitment targets.

• Recruitment experience is required, especially in high-volume or fast-paced settings.

• Experience with U.S. clients is a strong plus, particularly in healthcare, finance, or tech.
