ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a full-time Physical Therapist — with part-time flexibility available for the right candidate.

The clinic has locations in Rancho Bernardo, Mission Valley, Grossmont, and Del Mar — making this a great opportunity no matter which part of greater San Diego you call home.

You’ll work in an outpatient setting that prioritizes high-quality care, a manageable caseload, and a team culture that makes work feel meaningful again.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You’re a California-licensed DPT who:

Is burned out by volume but still loves the craft
Wants time to think, treat, and build patient relationships
Has outpatient or SNF experience
Lives near Rancho Bernardo, Mission Valley, Grossmont, or Del Mar — or is open to working in one of those areas

COMPENSATION + PERKS

$90,000 to $125,000/year depending on experience
$2,000 sign-on bonus
