You’ll keep the center running smooth. Build reports, run dashboards, and support agents live—no waiting on analysts or approvals.

What you’ll do

  • Configure campaigns and queues (Five9 or similar)

  • Pull/export call data (CSV-style)

  • Build ops-facing Excel reports

  • Run live dashboards and metrics

  • Support agents and leads in real time

  • Solve with formulas—not manual work

  • Automate repeat tasks (SQL/Python a plus)

Must-haves

  • 5+ years in contact center admin (Five9 or similar)

  • Strong Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas)

  • Pass live Excel test (required)

  • Able to work full-time US hours

  • Onsite daily in Ormoc

Nice to have

  • SQL or Python (automation/reporting)

  • Hands-on Five9 setup/ops
