RN Case Manager – Corpus Christi, TX

This role is for an RN ready to deliver field-based hospice care across Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. The office has been part of the local community for 8 years and operates under one of the fastest-growing, most respected hospice agencies in the country. Solid leadership, proven systems, and long-term stability—now they need the right RN to keep things moving.
What You’ll Do:

Manage a caseload of hospice patients in the field.

Coordinate with doctors, aides, social workers, and chaplains.

Communicate directly with families—be clear, calm, and present.

Document visits accurately and on time.

Rotate through on-call shifts (paid extra) and handle after-hours visits as needed (also paid per visit).

Provide consistent, reliable care that patients and families can count on.
What You Need:

RN license in Texas.

Hospice experience is helpful but not required—training available for the right mindset.

Strong clinical skills and confidence working solo in the field.

Steady, compassionate, and dependable—especially under pressure.

Willing to join the on-call rotation and step in for urgent visits when needed.

$80,000 to $90,000 base salary, depending on experience.
