What You’ll Do:

Who We’re Looking For:

Licensed & Experienced: Unrestricted Advanced Practice Nurse licensure, national board certification, and Medicare eligibility.
Skilled in Senior Care: At least 6 months of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting.
Tech-Savvy Communicator: Confident using digital tools for patient management and team collaboration.
