This Clinical Manager (RN) role leads hospice clinical operations for a mission-driven healthcare organization that blends start-up energy with strong corporate stability. You’ll guide a team of compassionate clinicians delivering high-quality, holistic end-of-life care—supported by leadership that invests in its people and ensures every patient and family receives dignity, comfort, and respect.
Direct and coordinate hospice nursing, aide, and clinical operations
Provide coaching and mentorship to field staff, ensuring consistent, compassionate care
Oversee chart audits and maintain compliance with CHAP, Medicare, and state standards
Lead QAPI and IDG meetings to drive quality outcomes and survey readiness
Manage orientation, training, and performance development for all clinical staff
Support patient care in the field as needed, maintaining strong team connection
Ensure documentation accuracy, staff accountability, and adherence to care standards
Collaborate with executive leadership to align goals, metrics, and patient outcomes
Active Illinois RN license
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
2+ years of hospice or skilled home health experience
1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
Solid understanding of CHAP standards, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and IDPH regulations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compassionate, steady leadership style that inspires excellence
Willingness to travel locally as needed
Base salary: $95,000–$100,000
