We’re hiring a Staffing Coordinator to match caregivers to patients across 80+ active cases and a 400+ person field team. It’s high volume, fast-paced, and critical to keeping care consistent. You’ll handle scheduling, fill last-minute callouts, and make sure every shift is covered—day, night, weekend.
This role isn’t easy. It’s exempt, salaried, and includes rotating on-call coverage. But if you’ve got drive and want to move up fast, this is your shot. Run scheduling for private duty, concierge-level home care
Match the right caregiver to the right patient—quickly and accurately
Coordinate real-time shift changes and last-minute callouts
Rotate on-call coverage (nights/weekends via phone)
Use scheduling software daily (they’ll train you)
Experience with staffing, scheduling, or ops coordination (home health is a plus, not a must)
Fast decision-making, clear communication, zero drama
Willingness to rotate after-hours coverage with two others
