We’re hiring a Chief of Staff for a PE-backed physician practice management company in growth mode. You’ll work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to set and execute the strategic agenda across the business. If you’re looking to sit in the middle of how a healthcare company scales—this is it.
This is not a support role.
This is about leadership without a title. You’ll solve high-stakes problems, manage key projects, drive communication, and step into the white space between departments. You’ll work closely with internal teams and the private equity sponsor to get things moving—and keep them moving.
Build and manage plans for cross-functional execution
Drive clarity and follow-through across the CEO’s top priorities
Coordinate across teams, functions, and stakeholders—internal and external
Identify issues, recommend action, and prioritize what gets attention
Distill complex ideas into simple messages—tailored to the right audience
Run special projects that don’t sit neatly in any one department
Help set the rhythm of the business, and keep the leadership team aligned
2–7 years of relevant experience (consulting, banking, strategy, finance, or operations)
Direct experience in healthcare required—PPM or multisite care delivery strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills; can structure and solve complex problems
Confident communicator—written, spoken, and in the room
Able to influence without authority and lead through trust
Skilled at prioritizing under pressure and handling sensitive info with discretion
Exceptional project management chops; can juggle multiple priorities at once
Bachelor's degree in business, econ, engineering, or a quantitative field
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
