What You’ll Do

Deliver in-home skilled nursing care

Manage care plans with clear protocols

Monitor vitals, meds, equipment

Document in Kantime EMR (modern system)

Coordinate with families and clinical team

Support safe transitions and continuity of care
Must-Haves
-
Active Texas RN license
-
Able to work 36–40 hrs/week

Willing to complete home visits in your county/neighboring counties

Comfortable with home health environments

Work authorization in the U.S.
