Who They're Looking For

Top priority:

  • Clinically licensed candidates: RN or Social Worker (LMSW, BSW, or unlicensed)

  • Strong preference for those with direct hospice or broader healthcare experience (hospital, long-term care, or home health)

Also considered:

  • Non-clinical marketers with deep healthcare referral experience and a strong track record

  • Must show ability to build and maintain referral relationships that convert

You’ll need to:

  • Understand healthcare systems and speak the language

  • Be highly collaborative—this team values strong internal communication

  • Show past success in hitting referral or census targets

  • Be connected in the local community—or ready to build quickly

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving referrals and admissions by building strong local relationships

  • Focusing on high-impact sources: hospitals, physicians, long-term care

  • Representing the agency with clarity, professionalism, and purpose

  • Hitting an early goal of approx. +5 new patients per month

  • Collaborating closely with case managers, clinical staff, and leadership

Compensation

Role is full-time and salaried. Pay depends on background:

  • Registered Nurse (RN): $70K

  • Master’s-Level Social Worker (LMSW): $65K–$70K

  • Bachelor’s/Unlicensed Social Worker: $60K

  • Non-Clinical Healthcare Marketer: $60K–$70K (only if highly qualified)
