• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits in patients’ homes.

• Support preventive care and help patients stay well—not just treat them when they’re sick.

What You’ll Need

• 1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred).

• 6+ months in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or other primary care settings.

• Experience performing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits.

• Comfort working in patients’ homes (home health or in-home care experience is a big plus).
