What You’ll Do
Maintain .NET apps (legacy + new builds)
Fix and tune SQL Server performance
Upgrade codebases with low blockers
Build and refine REST APIs

Support Medicare/claims workflows
Must-Haves
3+ years .NET (C-Sharp or VB.NET)
3+ years JavaScript or TypeScript
Strong SQL Server experience
Lives in Latin America
Fluent English (C1/C2; clear on calls)
EST weekday availability (20–30 hrs)
1+ year on long-term projects
Comfortable with legacy code
