We're hiring a Dialer Specialist/Analyst to manage outbound/inbound call campaigns using Five9. You'll be the go-to person for making sure the dialer runs smooth, the lists are optimized, and the data is clear. You’ll pull reports, find what’s working (and what’s not), and help make every call count.

What you’ll do:

  • Run and tune Five9 for outbound and inbound campaigns

  • Track performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve call strategy

  • Use Excel, Airtable, Power BI, or PostgreSQL to create and update reports

  • Work with the contact center team to adjust dialing tactics

  • Train and support agents on how to get the most from the system

  • Keep everything compliant and organized

What you’ll need:

  • Strong Five9 admin experience — non-negotiable

  • Excel/Google Sheets skills — you should know formulas, filters, pivots

  • Solid data analysis skills — can you spot patterns and fix problems?

  • Background in a healthcare contact center? That’s a plus

  • Bonus if you’ve worked with Airtable, PostgreSQL, or Power BI

  • You communicate clearly and solve problems fast

Details:

  • $1800–$2000/month

  • Fully remote (Philippines-based only)

  • Must have strong internet + backup power

  • Flexible schedule, but core hours are US PST

  • Weekend work might come up occasionally
