Looking to dive deep into healthcare finance and make a real impact? This role is for a Senior Financial Analyst who knows their way around data, loves solving problems, and is ready to take ownership of complex financial processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze accounts payable, claims, and collections data to uncover trends and improve processes.
- Build advanced financial models and dashboards to track KPIs and support decision-making.
- Automate workflows using Excel (macros, VBA) and Python (pandas, numpy).
- Partner with teams to reduce revenue leakage and boost collection rates.
- Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation processes.
- Provide insights during monthly closes and help forecast financial performance.
- Present your findings clearly to leadership.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in data-driven financial analysis.
- Mastery of Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, VBA).
- Python expertise for data analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.
- Healthcare industry knowledge (revenue cycle, claims processing) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous data.
- Must be able to work full time during US business hours (Central Standard Time).
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of medical coding and billing.
- Background in process automation.
