Your Impact:
- Oversee and expand clinical operations for a remote team of Nurse Practitioners delivering in-home health assessments and virtual care.
- Lead initiatives around risk adjustment, HEDIS, STAR measures, and value-based care models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build and refine innovative, tech-enabled healthcare delivery models for Medicare and Medicaid populations.
- Directly influence company growth, working closely with senior leadership and contributing to critical strategic decisions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license.
- Proven leadership experience at Director or VP level, specifically managing clinical teams across multiple locations.
- Deep expertise in risk adjustment, HEDIS, STAR quality measures, and value-based care delivery models.
- Experience managing or scaling clinical operations within Medicare or Medicaid populations.
