Director of Nursing (Hospice)

What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of RNs and clinical staff in Hospice and Home Health, ensuring exceptional patient care every single day.
- Manage operations. Oversee day-to-day clinical services while implementing strategic goals.
- Stay sharp on compliance. You’ll run point on accreditation, audits, and regulatory issues, ensuring we're always ahead of the curve.
- Drive quality. Patient outcomes are everything. You’ll own our quality assurance processes to keep standards sky-high.
- Problem-solve. You’ll identify bottlenecks and create systems that make the clinical side run like a machine.
What You Bring:
- Leadership experience: 4+ years in Hospice? Great, you’re a 10/10. Got 3-4 years leading teams? You’ll still thrive here. If you only have 2 years of hospice experience, but have a lot of home health and nurse management experience, please still apply!
- RN License: Non-negotiable. You’ve got to have this, or this isn’t for you.
- Home Health/Hospice Know-how: You’ve worked in this space, and you get it. No experience? Keep moving.
- Regulatory Compliance: If you’ve been through audits or accreditations, you’ll know how to keep us on track.
- Local presence: Willing and able to commute throughout Alameda County as necessary. Role will be based in Dublin, CA.
