Data Engineer
- Pay: $4K–$7K/month USD
- Location: LATAM • Remote

- Build and run the core ETL stack that powers care delivery and analytics.
What you’ll do

Build and maintain Airflow DAGs (ETL orchestration)

Write fast, reliable SQL and PostgreSQL queries

Develop Python ETL scripts using pandas and sqlalchemy

Integrate APIs and manage schema/rate-limit changes

Model clean data for Power BI dashboards

Create stakeholder-ready dashboards with minimal input

Monitor, debug, and optimize data pipelines
Must-haves

Based in LATAM

Fluent English (C1/C2)

3+ years in data engineering or ETL pipelines

Strong Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Airflow

BI dashboard skills (Power BI, Looker, or Tableau)

Can build Power BI dashboard in 2 weeks, no training

Has prior dashboard work or mock project using dummy data

Proven async collaboration with U.S. teams

Self-managed, no micromanagement needed
