• Grow the Census: Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior care facilities in Alameda County.
• Develop Strategy: Create and execute a plan to grow patient admissions with minimal oversight.
• Educate Partners: Highlight the benefits of hospice and home health services to healthcare providers.
• Be in the Field: Spend most of your time meeting referral sources and building your network within Alameda County.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Background in healthcare marketing, ideally in hospice or home health.
• Proven Success: Track record of growing patient census through referral relationships. If you don't have Hospice or Home Health marketing experience, you need to have some exposure to the healthcare industry and be a proven top performer in a past sales role.
• Self-Starter: Works well independently and takes ownership of results.
• Local Expertise: Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Alameda County.
