Manage hospice caseload across Laredo
Deliver end-of-life nursing care in homes and facilities
Coordinate plan-of-care with hospice team and families

Provide education and emotional support to caregivers
Participate in on-call rotation for urgent needs
Ensure compliance with Texas hospice regulations
Active, unrestricted RN license in Texas
Live within daily commute to Laredo
Stable work history
Reliable car and valid driver’s license
Comfort with on-call rotation
1–3+ years hospice or palliative care experience
Field-based case management (home health or hospice)
Familiarity with OASIS or visit documentation tools
Pay: $80,000–$90,000 base (DOE)
Extra pay for on-call shifts
Mileage reimbursement
Full-time field role with local travel
