What You’ll Do:

Visit about 6 patients' homes each day.

Confirm Primary Care Provider info.
-
Reconcile medication lists.
-
Verify patient allergies.
-
Complete Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) questionnaires.
-
Take vital signs.
-
Perform up to 6 preventive screenings (PADnet, DPNCheck, dry blood spot, FIT Kit, urine dipstick, DRE exam).
What You Need:
-
1+ year Medical Assistant experience.
-
6+ months in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
-
Skilled with back office Medical Assistant work.
-
Medical Assistant Diploma or Board Certification.
-
Active driver’s license and reliable car.
-
Comfort with EMR systems and mobile tech.
-
Available 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
