Help a fast-growing team scale what’s already working.

We’re looking for a Director of Sales Operations to support a high-growth sales org that’s gaining serious traction. Lead volume is surging, and we need someone to step in, bring structure, and set up systems that keep up with the pace. You’ll run point on sales tools (HubSpot + ZoomInfo), improve pipeline visibility, and build the processes that help the team hit their numbers faster.

What you’ll do:

  • Own all things HubSpot—optimize workflows, lead routing, and reporting
  • Manage ZoomInfo to support prospecting and list-building efforts
  • Clean up the pipeline, improve data quality, and reduce lead loss
  • Build dashboards and reports that give sales leaders what they need
  • Support forecasting and help reps stay focused on the right deals
  • Set up repeatable processes that scale with the team
  • Partner with sales and marketing to drive efficiency across the funnel

What you bring:

  • 5+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo
  • Strong analytical skills—you’re comfortable working with data and spotting gaps
  • Proven experience supporting high-volume sales orgs
  • Fluent in English (C1+) and Spanish
  • Located in LATAM (El Salvador preferred)

  • Experience in healthcare or health services
  • Background supporting US-based sales teams
