Director of Sales / Senior Account Executive

What You’ll Do:
- Sell into Medicare Advantage plans, healthcare providers, and health plans.
- Lead full-cycle business development, including outreach, sales strategy, and deal execution.
- Independently drive revenue growth while helping shape and build a high-performing sales team.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of healthcare sales experience—especially with Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare claims solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strategic thinker who understands healthcare market trends and how to win in a competitive space.
- Self-starter mentality—comfortable in a fast-moving, high-impact role.
