About the Role:
We’re seeking a Director of Hospice Marketing to lead and inspire a team of marketers while driving strategic efforts to grow patient admissions in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In this role, you’ll oversee the marketing team’s performance, guide them to achieve their goals, and make high-level connections with key referral sources to expand the organization’s reach. This position requires leadership skills, deep industry expertise, and the ability to deliver results at both a strategic and tactical level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Team: Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting clear goals, providing direction, and ensuring they meet or exceed admissions targets.
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute high-level marketing strategies to grow the patient census across the DFW territory.
- Power Moves: Cultivate direct relationships with key referral sources, including healthcare executives, physicians, and facility leaders, to unlock new opportunities for growth.
- Drive Collaboration: Partner with clinical teams to ensure a seamless experience for referring partners and patients.
- Performance Accountability: Monitor team metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize results.
- Field Engagement: Be visible in the field, coaching team members, attending critical meetings, and representing the organization at key events.
Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: Proven success managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams, preferably in hospice or healthcare.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of hospice care and the DFW healthcare market, with an established network of referral sources.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to grow patient admissions through team efforts and personal contributions.
- Strategic Mindset: Skilled at developing and executing territory-wide marketing plans that drive measurable results.
