Run daily operations with full accountability for quality and growth
Lead, mentor, and retain a high-performing clinical and admin team
Strengthen referral partnerships across hospitals and senior communities
Maintain full compliance with state and Medicare hospice regulations
Manage budgets and track branch performance metrics
Partner with senior leadership to scale regional impact
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business field
3–5 years leadership in hospice or related healthcare
Proven success managing budgets and performance metrics
Solid grasp of federal and state hospice regulations
Demonstrated servant leadership and team-building skills
Strong customer service mindset and empathy for older adults
Tech proficiency (EHR systems, Microsoft Office, browsers)
Willingness to work occasional weekends and be on call as needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Pay: $110K–$135K base

Monday–Friday, standard business hours
