Guide a growing hospice branch with the resources of a larger healthcare network and the agility of a startup. You’ll shape care quality, culture, and growth strategy—with direct access to executive leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Run daily operations with full accountability for quality and growth

  • Lead, mentor, and retain a high-performing clinical and admin team

  • Strengthen referral partnerships across hospitals and senior communities

  • Maintain full compliance with state and Medicare hospice regulations

  • Manage budgets and track branch performance metrics

  • Partner with senior leadership to scale regional impact

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business field

  • 3–5 years leadership in hospice or related healthcare

  • Proven success managing budgets and performance metrics

  • Solid grasp of federal and state hospice regulations

  • Demonstrated servant leadership and team-building skills

  • Strong customer service mindset and empathy for older adults

  • Tech proficiency (EHR systems, Microsoft Office, browsers)

  • Willingness to work occasional weekends and be on call as needed

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
