What You’ll Do

Run evals and build clear plans of care

Direct PTA-led treatment with clean handoffs

Join weekly clinical labs (short + useful)

If Grossmont Manager: guide daily clinic flow + support the team
Must-Haves

Active CA PT license (or pending)

Ortho or post-op rehab experience

Able to direct PTA care clearly

Strong, steady communication

For Grossmont Manager: prior leadership or lead-level responsibilities
